Hi, after doing project and program mangement for 6 years I joined EY GDS last year with high hopes, but soon I realised that nothing is done at EY GDS on the name of project management. I had a performance evaluation last week where I completely fell apart. When asked how I was doing, I responded that I was overwhelmed with work and with the personal animosity of my para who called me a bitch to my face. The partner said that the para is not very good at their job and that I should care a lot less what she thinks of me. I feel like the response was deflecting the issue - she was a bad hire in the first place and more money needs to be spent on staff. Am I off base?

Went on a final interview today and the interviewer yawned through my presentation, was so BRUTAL with feedback, and was just super low-energy. This dude picked apart my entire presentation and frowned through all of it.
