I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

I am in a confusion,
I work for tcs and for retention, tcs is offering Canada onsite and they need 4 to 5 months to process the visa
I have 2 offers in hand one is CTS (16.3+ 70000) and HCL (19+3)
Hcl is pakka support project (operations) no chance of development. I am having 10 YOE and completely in development.
CTS not sure about project.
Fishes, can you please help me understand which is a better option that I have.

Yup. I don’t exactly lust for the normal team-environment, but holy shit it’s so easy for anything and everything at home to grab my attention.
I feel the same. I even miss my commute sometimes? Chalking it up to stockholm syndrome

Yeah, I have stopped caring for a myriad of reasons and it’s pretty sad. I also feel like I get distracted because I watch CNBC or local news in the background at work so it’s not eerily quiet and I feel like I’m still attached to the outside world, but it doesn’t help me get work done lol.
That’s me too
