Is it mandatory to join 'invitation for live interview with Cognizant'? What is it for?

I have given interview on 19th Nov 2022, and the same day, I received an email to upload some documents. Can someone tell me how much it would it take to move to the next step in the recruitment?.
The portal shows "Review in progress." Any input on this will be appreciated 🙂

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?

It been 2 weeks after technical interview for dotnet and azure role but have not received any feedback yet. The person who scheduled my interview is saying that i will get HR call only after clearing technical round. I am confident with my performance during technical round. Any comment?

What kind of questions to expect in Googke phone interview? Coding / design / work exp? Leetcode easy/medium/hard? Only one or two coding questions?

Good Q. For our 1-3 year people, it’s a 1 hour 2 staff interview. Everything above that is about 2/2.5 hours with 4-6 practice leads/senior staffers and our GM.

A friend of mine is under process in being recruited by SS&C Blue Prism in western europe as an Enterprise sales executive. Do you have any insights about company culture environnement and also about quota achievement ? They told him that the majority of sales exceed their quotas.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

12 years and my partner won't do chores. Vent vent vent. I make 80% of our income and pay 80% of expenses. I'm also tidy but hate cleaning. Partner works 20-30 hours/ week no kids and is a slob. 3 months ago made chore list, got them to sign on the list the 50/50 split that it was fair. 3 months later I've been doing my chores they haven't done any. I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

Please advise where I am going wrong.
