Gotta hit your deductible first. It will be the same with any company and any insurance (except for some government plans that cover 100% of everything).
PwC's sucks too...
It's not the insurance it's the system that is fcked... I had an endoscopy and then it came out to be like 2.2k for anesthesia alone, I talked to the clinic and it turns out they bill that much to insurance company, but since I have high deductible, they'll just take $100 and that's it...... like I'm glad I can pay 2100 less, but how does this system make any sense
Staying on my moms government employee insurance as long as I can
Whats your premium, ie how much is deducted from your biweekly paycheck?
That is EYs fault...you could get a high premium-low co pay. But it really just depends on how much you abuse healthcare benefits for your own cost/benefit. Oh and an ab ultrasound could have been done at a third party provider that specializes in radiology type of work for half that max out of pocket
I think mine is pretty good as far as insurance goes. Covers 100% after $100 deductible per person. Co pays extra.
I love my insurance
Stop, EY insurance is very good.
This is standard. Deloitte offers more options but the plans are same. get the mid tier that's decent
Mine is fantastic Op. what specifically don't you like about it. I have our middle tier plan (anthem)
What's your plan? It depends on the deductible. If you went for the third one from the top, I think the deductible was the most but monthly premium is the least. You need to plan it ahead of the year if you know about your medical checkup/follow up and see what plan works for you best. And make sure to take into account your unplanned visits when you select the plan.
