Pushing flight departures back five minutes at a time ten times over. Ruining every early arrival with no gate available. AAdvantage devaluation. O'Hare.
Those are nothing new... It's just that time of year for fubar travel. And winter weather came later this year. Agree that the AAdvantage devaluation does suck.
Terrible customer support. Gate agents are often rude. The AA security line (TSA pre check and regular line) at ORD is a shit show every Thursday. Oh...and the lady who stands there to make sure you only take two items through security and makes me put my bag in the size thing every f'ing week to make sure it fits. Just to end up checking my bag at the gate because there's no overhead space left. /end rant.
Had a over 3 hour ground hold for maint on an ancient B757 couple weeks back. AA never responded to my written complaint, I'm reporting it to the DOT. They are making so much $$ right now they need to be fined for breaking regulations.

Im feeling it now, too. A 1hr delay, a likely missed connection, incredibly poor communication and dysfunctional wi-fi. Time to write another scathing letter of complaint.
Use T2 at ORD. Connected airside, shorter Pre✔️ line.
Prime example right now. 4pm departure became 415, 420, then 429. It's 435 and we still haven't left the gate.
This is why I switched to United. AA has the worst customer service. I can't take it anymore
