What is the bench policy in persistent? Can we switch to different projects?

Anyone have any advice breaking into LIS work? I’m looking into getting away from the bench with stable hours. If you have any other suggestions let me know. I’ve looked into clinical research, but half the time they want a nursing degree.

One of my friend having 14.5lpa offer from accenture & 19lpa offer from cognizant. From job security point of view which is better?

I am in the process of stopping to breastfeed (currently still 1x morning and 1x after daycare) but my son really wants to be fed more often and cries when I stop him/ offer bottle instead. Any tips? Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
