Waiting on Condo Board to approve my lease from condo owner. I have submitted a pretty long application with all kinds of detail, but they are taking their sweet time. Is there any way I could/should nodge them or will it likely backfire?

(I pushed things closer to the move-in date as I was negotiating with landlord on price quote aggressively and lowered asking price 20%. Still I had the application submitted early last week and would love it approved by end of this week so that I can move)
