Yikes. I really need a web client to type a response here. Just get on Coinmarketcap.com and start checking project websites and read project white papers. Start with the Bitcoin White paper and next do the Ethereum White paper. Maybe Golem, Siacoin, Filecoin, Stratis, Aeternity, BitShares, Patientory. That should be a good long weekend worth of reading.

Heck no. I had an account person do that to me once...that public take down is still one of my finest. Do not let account people be your CD.
Account person perspective: I've done this. The reason I've done it is because the route didn't answer the brief and after an hour long conversation the creative team couldn't justify or explain to me why it was good for the client the brand etc other than it was good for their book. If I have to present creative myself (and it was a nightmare client who didn't want presentations) and I can't understand it myself then I can't go forward with it to the client.
Context: this was a repeating case with the same creative team obv.
Oh no that's total bs. I used to work with a "counterpart" AD who worked on-site at the client's office and she would always change the work I was passing to her (from our creatives) because she felt she knew the client better. Can imagine how frustrated you feel!
Depends. Typically no. And you should have been made aware of the changes before it went to client if it’s going to effect your work load.
Agreed. Nope, not in their power to do so alone.
If the work already been presented and they didn't like it, then yeh they can do that.
Also this should be a group decision between the CD, SD and AD - no one person has the right to keep or delete work.
Creatives can get very protective of their work - rightly so, but if it doesn't fit the brief and the AD knows it won't work for the client then they get very protective of their client. We all have to work together for the better.
