Hello wonderful ladies! I'm looking to expand my network of female sales professionals and would love to connect with you! https://www.linkedin.com/in/moncerrattmejia
I am looking for a change after 6 years with the same company. I am actively looking for a new role but haven't been successful getting follow-ups from recruiters. Would really appreciate any guidance, tips or feedback. Also willing to share my resume and CV to see if there's something that I am missing. Hope you all have a wonderful day! 😊

I would say yes. I have never had an offer letter detail the quota or commission. Typically you are told that in the interview process...if you asked.
They were dancing around this question every time I asked… so strange.
My letter did include my commission % (important to have that in writing!) but it did not include my sales quota. I can't speak to your situation, but in my case I was joining a very new team that was expanding the west coast accounts. As such, once I was assigned my accounts and built a little rapport with them the company had me set my own goal (which I love!) and then management reviewed it for approval.
Yes..LOL! I accepted an offer without these details 10 months ago for a large public traded company. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I hate it now. Understanding the goals is like rewiring a’57 Chevy
Ugh, I’m sorry it didn’t play out for you!
I’m a little worried that they haven’t been transparent with it. In the end, we all have to run our numbers, I find it so strange that they don’t Just tell you outright. If quotas are ridiculously high, or commission % is ridiculously low - IT MATTERS. 🤦♀️
I would ask what the quota is, your total OTE, and what percentage of reps are hitting their quota.
Yep. 15K MRR.
Is 65% sort of the norm in SaaS?
Yes. They do it allll the time.
