Interest rate on home loan increased from 6.4 around to 8.8 and will increase again in Q2 2023, so owners will increase rent for flats under loan.
Actually it has increased, i was seeing some flats with advertisement of say 80lak for 2bhk now builder asking 97 lak saying those were old rate. All rates are revised as there was not much new construction between due to covid, once which started before covid are now giving flat handover.
Rate increased, emi increased so rent will increase as flat are not very profitable assets in short term.
