Hi, can someone advise what is the base salary range for a VP (IT org) position at Citigroup NY? Also what is the annual bonus component range?

Any internal product managers here? My recent work has focused on building two highly customized CRMs. My evaluation is coming up and I haven’t found reliable data on salaries for an Internal or CRM PM (if different from external PM) to support a conversation on fair compensation. Decision - I was out the door of my nationwide ins dfense firm. Was going to top local firm with a lot more clout where everything would be private pay and I’d be more on bigger exposure cases. However, my firm outmatched the new firm, made a much better bonus structure, and said I could do more work with their complex bus lit group. I’d still likely do about 50 percent ins defense but I really like the partners I work for, and I handle own cases/take depos, and get autonomy. Am I right to stay?

I’m an insurance defense attorney. I hate tracking time (procrastinator on time entry) and dislike navigating multiple diff billing/reporting req of numerous ins companies. don’t love that we are encouraged to do things that paralegals are capable of (to bill client at higher rate). I had an interview with plaintiff’s firm. I could switch sides to leave billing and they do med mal which I would have to learn. Also interviewed with ins co for in-house claims counsel (non-lit). Any Thoughts?

Hello! Considering doing my emba in canada but not sure if it will be worth it. Ideally I do it now before I start a family and am mainly pursuing it because I’d like the option of going the exec route one day… although it’s quite a hefty price tag and I genuinely believe it’s not necessary in many industries to reach that level. Not interested in having my employer pay a portion because I would be chained there for many years. Would love to hear how others have thought through this.
