I think it depends on the scope of the projects - If they are all large multichannel projects, yes that’s quite a significant workload. If it’s smaller projects with staggered timelines/launch dates, then I would say that’s fairly normal. Also do you have support from your account team in managing expectations and priorities?
Yeah they are all pretty large and while launch date are staggered, timeline are all overlapping. Account team is constantly fighting me on timelines and that we need to move faster for optics. But then i get the flack when team aren’t ready because of forced fast timelines.

Seems like a lot. That much would dictate how deep you can go. My genetal rule of thumb is that PMs shoukd be 10 - 15% of an agency. Deoends a lot on the nature of the work and how much of Ops, Finance and RM work PMs do.
Write more PM support into the scope and then staff plan. Should never be more than a 3:1 ratio in my opinion
I don’t think it’s usual, but depends on the agency. That’s how my PM dept is setup right now and it is not my preference
Yeah it’s not my preference either. Seems like other accounts have more day to day support as well
