Do it consistently and you will get burnt out quickly.
For a week - no problem
For a month - maybe
For the year - time to change jobs
Yes as long as you are mentally fine everything is fine. Don’t overkill yourself just for the UTE %
Only if you are using it as a barometer for how much time you are giving away for free

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander…
Not sure which company you work for, but I know within Accenture being over 100% alone is not going to help you “move up the ladder”. People tend to think if they put in long hours, that means they’re delivering extra value to the company and in turn they should be recognized for it. I’d argue that people consistently putting in a lot of extra hours are either inefficient at their job or not good at delegating.
It’s typically being stretched thin across multiple projects. When I say multiple, I’m running and delivering 9 and sme on 2.

It's fine in a promo year but I wouldn't extend myself that much in a normal year. The incremental bonus does not fully track to the incremental effort

Being over your target, let alone over 100, doesn’t help you or hurt you and may raise questions. Are you on a high burn project or are you inefficient? Are you burned out? Etc

How do you get over 100% we cap out at my firm (you billed all week, that’s 100%, 52 straight weeks of billing gets you the 100% for the year).
Is it when you bill over 40 hours or something?

Yep.
