Can someone please tell how project allocation done for lateral hires in Accenture for Microsoft Azure PaaS? they said this is not project specific interview, you'll in pool after joining and assigned project based on joining time. I heard Accenture has zero bench policy for laterals and famous for layoff. Should I be worried? Please explain.

Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC rescinding an offer, given the market condition. The offer letter I have received seems to be generic and doesn't look it is for a specific project. The role seems to be generic. I am a little hesitant, specially because of HR's behaviour who doesn't seem to care responding to my queries and ignores all my emails and calls. Any advice?

but my particular team also prepared some easy tax returns when I came in. I asked if I could get experience preparing more difficult returns, different types of returns, more face time with clients, etc. I want to be a well-rounded accountant who understands more than just bookkeeping so I can truly help my clients (eventually). I just find it frustrating that I’m pushing the envelope for my team (which is working out great from an earnings perspective - our team is one of the top in our firm) but I’m not being recognized for it. AND I’m responsible for my coworker’s growth because she would be fine doing what she’s always done. Is that selfish?
honestly I think that’s great. (As a lowly associate). From a coaching perspective I think it’s easier to show everyone so the co worker doesn’t feel left out. And if you love it you can shine on your half. Sometimes I’m unmotivated because the work is tedious and boring but I’m afraid to say that so I would love for a co worker to speak up and ask for some other opportunities. At the same time I hope your initiative is rewarded. Maybe speak to a firm mentor and let them know that you have been trying to gain new experience and ask if you are going about it the right way and their thoughts. That’s hard to not notice so you get credit 😉
Also did not see the second part!
