Is it normal to be ghosted by career coaches? I mean, they are recruiters technically? I’m trying to find one in tech

Hi - I’m a PM at a reasonably well known company. I don’t have an MBA and see lots of folks asking about needing that to get an interview at FB, G or A. I can confirm that an MBA isn’t a hard req as I’ve had recruiters reach out and offers to move forward to interviews before. I’ve never decided to actually move forward though as I don’t see the appeal. I really want to know, what’s the thing that excites you all about working at a massive FAANG type company?

Who is interviewing at FAANG? I’m in the process, but concerned about job security. Currently a consultant that enjoys good job security but a but bored in my current role.

Coming up on 3yrs, top scores each year, just got a raise, but base salary is still 78k...

I was on VISA and therefore I could not jump as I had wanted, my base compensation journey from Y1-Y8 has been: 68k, 72k, 80k, 88k, 104k, 120k, 122k, 132k. Now I just got an offer with base of 160k. If I start the job hopping cycle now (like 1 year job), is it realistic to get to 220k base and 250k TC in about 2-3 years?
