Anyone at MBB looking to make a referral?
I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Is it normal to mix up envelopes when you are a partner? 🤔
Is it normal to be in a partner role when you're a college new hire?
Yes, especially if you're up for a promotion
Is it normal to be in a manager role when you're an associate?
How long have you been at the firm? Generally speaking, I'd say yes it is normal for high performers. It gives you the opportunity to show that you're ready for the next level. As long as you kill it, I would encourage you to keep your PML/CC informed so he/she knows that you're trending up.
I'm a recently promoted SA and I'm already talking to my Director about dropping the M from a few engagements so I can step up. It really helps to make a flawless promotion case during round tables.
It is very normal
This is what I get for trying to ask a real question on FB... will now return to my regular trolling ways.
It is not normal, but it feels pretty great is an amazing opportunity for you. Especially when you are close to the end of your performance year... To me a Sr Associate / Consultant needs to be able to own a deliverable, some client interaction, and execute on it with minimal oversight as opposed to a Consultant who needs immense guidance and owns one task.
You should think big picture now.. and try to improve project deliverable and align with client requirements.
Appreciate the real answers on here! I have been around for almost a year.. maybe I can use this to make a case for early promotion next year.
Start the discussion as early as possible.
Yea. It's called a 16.5 % raise at PwC if you do it right. If they even still do that there.
I'd be worried if I wasn't doing SA duties as an A....
