I just accepted an M offer from Deloitte but don't start for at least another month. Haven't even had a chance to give my current employer notice. But I already have folks from Deloitte asking to connect to get me staffed on their project.

After how many days of HR discussion does infosys release the offer letter?

I got offer from tcs but infy has agreed to match the offer. I have took back my resignation, but I don't fully trust them and can be sure only when hike letter comes in July.

TCS offer letter has no joining date specified, just that I can select a start date on acceptance of the offer. Also says that if I don't join within 120 days offer is void.

Now, can I accept the offer but select joining date in October and if my hike letter is not as promised, resign again and join tcs after 90 days NP?

Is there any benefit of having certified Platform Developer I of Salesforce?

Is it ok to complete onboarding formalities if not sure whether going to join that organization?

1.There was a Junior who used to work in my project for 14 to 15 hours.

Team leader and senior used to work for one hour.

2.There was a psychopath team leader who used to fight with everyone and bring conflicts.

No Manager used to tell them anything - And try to Harmonize ,is the IT management like that everywhere?
