Wanted to check regarding 3 days work from home for Deutsche Bank , Pune, Magarpatta. Is it possible for them/realistic scenario to call employees 5 days/week. The reason I am asking is I live quite far away from the office, and commuting 2/3 days a week is fine for me but not 5 days a week.

This is just called anxiety.
In anxiety attack basically people feel like they are dying.
Anxiety attacks have become common now especially due to the kind of emphasis that we lay on work.
Try to assure yourself that you are independent from the work, always look at yourself as a human being who is not associated with so many things and not just work.
No matter what happens never take medications for anxiety, once you get used to them - there’s no going back.
Always, when you logout, switch off from work. Set guidelines for personal space. Build hobbies outside of work. If needed, have 2 cell phones- one for work that’s active during work hours and is switched off after that. Other for personal use.
When you feel overwhelmed, just breathe in breathe out for few seconds. Keep a book and pen handy, write down how you feel and read it and try being kind to yourself.
***PS: I have dealt with several depression and anxiety through the entirety of 2020 and faced severe consequences in 2021 &2022. To the point of self harm and physical harm to the ones around me. I am still healing. But the biggest learning was to treat myself with kindness, to not beat myself down. To be able to differentiate in between emotions and switch off if I start feeling overwhelmed. Breathing exercises have helped. Leaving toxic workplaces helped. Workouts in general helped.
Toxic manager is the root cause of many of ours frustrations unfortunately 😅

I too get anxious few times a day especially if i am missing my sales quota. I would say its not normal and you should avoid people and companies which promote and normalize high anxiety environment. Nothing is important then ur health. Company wont come to our reacue if god forbid it ever takes a toll on our body.
There’s general anxiety and there’s panic attack.
Your symptoms sound like the former.
Practice positivity through exercise and daily meditation.
Conquer your mind, it will then conquer the universe.
If you get panic attacks, consult a therapist.

Try SSRI tablets,which improve serotonin and you will always feel good in toxic environments also..
Try Paroxetine 25mg once a day..and thank me later..
