Does anyone know if 21Grams is hiring?
I have received a offer from Cerner for Technical solutions Analyst role. It's a support role on SQL and work timing is 5pm to 2 am. I was checking the reviews on Glassdoor and ambition box and i have read alot of bad reviews on management and dirty politics. After reading all this I am concerned if i should go ahead with the offer or not. Please advise how is the work environment, does management support learning and is their dirty politics within team? To add to MC: Find ways to jump in and demonstrate the value you can add. Yes the bulk of the work is done up front but strategy can and should be a resource throughout a project.
Every time I've felt like that I've kicked myself because days later I'm back to being swamped.
Assuming you’re working in NA, yes. Account and Creative typically run the course (unfortunately) and only leverage Strategy in the beginning...most 2018 projects have already kicked off...I’d make friends with all creative leads and go from there.
Not out of the ordinary, by any means. Just make sure your superiors are aware of your workload and offer to help out on anything (including new biz)
Yep ! Thanks guys.
That’s exactly what I’ve been trying to do just add value wherever I can. Just still feels light and compared to the agency I was in where I didn’t even have time to breathe, feels sooo weird. But I guess now I have work/life balance? Shouldn’t complain :)
Strategy is real lumpy in workload due to focus on upfront annual planning
