Is it normal to have no idea when your roll off date is? Project keeps getting extended and my PM won’t tell me when I’m rolling off, but would like to start looking for other projects..

Hi, Need help in understanding LWD from Infosys. I am on notice and have completed 1 month of notice period, my project got over 2days back and I got moved to "bench-on notice". How do you get out of a project that does not interest you or leverage your strengths? Been on an implementation for almost the last year now - good wlb and relationship with the client but not what I want to do long term. Had discussions with project MD about this and it’s always been “it will end soon” but keep getting extended by the client.... feel like I wasted my last year of my career and now feeling serious about leaving the firm. Am I not being appreciative? (quite a few are on bench)

Pros & cons of aligning to GPS? Not my first choice, but most of my projects and network have been in GPS. When I started, the bench was full and I couldn’t turn down projects. Been on GPS gigs since.
