I got selected in WIPRO and today I got to know they are offering me SAP Successfactor Learning-Lead position.

I am a SAP ABAP on HANA consultant and my interview was also based on my area of expertise only not on Success factor.

Does any one here know about this position in WIPRO. If yes kindly share.

I think they will be giving me Band B3 (correct if my understanding is wrong). My HR round is tomorrow. What is the expected CTC for this band.

I worked as Comms Dir. for 6 years at a nonprofit that hosts conferences as its primary activity. 3 yrs back, financial problems gutted staff and my position was eliminated- due to my intervention, my direct report remained. This person I hired and trained has done well, organized and efficient. It is now time to staff up for another conference and I’m welcome to return, but my direct report is being promoted to Comms Dir. they’d like to split the role somehow, but I can’t figure out how.

Does anyone know what the paternity leave allowance is for UKI? Regardless of what Shared Parental Leave. Just paternity leave only? I read on some policy its 2 weeks? Is this true? Mothers get 9months full pay and dads only 2 weeks? Can someone who has recently taken pat leave confirm please?

CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. I need insight on these “Tell me about a time” interview questions. I understand the response format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) however, I’m having difficulty with needing to have a story for a hella ton of scenarios when they’re asking these questions. Any tips/ tricks to pass this type of interview? So aggravating when interviewing and 90% of time in the interview are these questions and the last 10% are about your experience/ skills. How do you properly answer a question in the interview process where you don’t have experience in that specific thing you are asked about but other than that you have experience in everything else they ask.

I am looking for a new job for the past three years. I know you don’t know me, but take my work for it, I am good at my job, always been efficient and a very quick study. But I seem to struggle in the Interviews and my CV doesn’t get much traction. I paid people to write it for me, to no avail. I started feeling that maybe lack of education in the field is the reason. I interviewed for an Associate Director position in Student Life within CUNY. Both interviews went great, especially the last one with the director. I was informed that I would hear back from them within two weeks. Long story short, it's been over two months and I never got a direct follow up as told; however, I see the exact position reposted on multiple sites, including on CUNY. I called HR and they were the ones who informed me that they decided to interview a new pool of candidates.
