L&E associates, has your firm bumped salaries?
I’m a Marketing Manager at a startup/small biz and considering an offer as a Marketing Analyst at Mastercard. Has anyone heard anything about working in marketing there (or working there in general?) Curious about WLB, culture, promotion trajectory, flexibility, etc. Also curious what others think of the salary (95k base) for someone in my position (2-3 years experience)?

Maybe just try submitting for a reimbursement through the normal channels and see what they say
I would assume regular office supplies within the normal course (paper, ink, pens) are reimbursable. Truthfully, if your firm is stiffing you on something like this then I’d consider that a red flag for future viability.
Definitely ask. I requested and received reimbursement for printer ink while I was WFH. I submitted the request through our normal reimbursement process, like Associate 1 suggested, and it was fine. If you have an office manager/admin, they might know how to handle the request.
Yes submit through your normal reimbursement channel! I’m in the same boat as you, my salary is still reduced and my firm didn’t issue any kind of bonus or stipend to compensate for WKH expense. I submitted for ink reimbursement for my home printer and my firm paid it without issue!
Why do you need to print anything? Don’t nickel and dime if you don’t have to.
I think it’d have been acceptable to be printing in the office setting if that made us work quicker/more effective. However with the salary cuts and extra adjustments at home - new monitor, desk etc, i think a firm shouldn’t nickel and dime but curious to understand your pov. Hence the post in the first place.
Can you just go to the office and remove a printer? One job supplied us chairs (old chair at the existing home desk was not suited for permanent 40h/w use), other office supplied printer and ink.
I took my desktop home and grabbed extra monitors for laptops while I was at it too.
Our new home office for 2 setup just required a 2nd desk purchase, everything else was salvaged from now empty offices.
