We do a No Fear Fair... high school kids decorate classrooms as things like Finding Nemo, Lion King, Toy Story etc... parents bring the little kids and we give candy like trick or treat. We just do it for fun but it could be a fundraiser. I teach in NC so Halloween is rather controversial (😒) ... but anyhow it’s nice for the community and fun for the teens.

Yes. my daughter's high school did it with great success
Ask your administration. Every school is different. We don't allow the kids to dress up, but our theater is allowed to do the haunted house/theater.
Our high school theater dept does.
The high school my daughter graduated from makes a haunted house that they let the neighborhood elementary students attend for free. But it’s a private high school so it wasn’t a fundraiser in this case because a lot of the neighborhood schools are low income, so it was just a nice thing they do for the kids. So what I was getting at is I think a high school haunted house fundraiser is an awesome idea!! 😂😂😂
I think it could be cool. 👻🎃👻 My high school couldn’t. I’m in the Bible Belt. However, it’s all about knowing your demographic. Maybe in your neck of the woods, folks would be excited about it! 👏🏼🙌🏼
Yes, I’ve also heard of doing escape rooms!
