Hi fishes, I have offers from UKG and Snap on Business solutions. Ukg is offering _16.8 CTC and Snap on is ready to give - 18 Which organization should i join? I am more inclined towards UKG as it is a product based and wlb seems better.

Current CTC - 49LPA (Onsite salary)
Capgemini - 32LPA with C2 band
Arete - HR discussion pending (I was really happy with people how they dealt with interview process)
Quest - 33LPA

Yes if you have valid reasons
Change every 3 months no one cares, as long as you have good justification. I have seen many profiles on linkedin who have changed upto 11 jobs in less than 2 years and ended up working at top brands like goldman, google, etc.
No change in 1.5 for 1st 6 years then go and sit in some stable company with high package
