Is it ok to Ghost recruiters? The very pushy ones who email text and call before you can even reply plus when the gig they are offering sounds sketchy as it is?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I gave 3rd round interview yesterday with hiring manager and hr called and said I cleared it and there is one more final round with On-site manager.

Today he called and said that the hiring manager who took my interview forwarded me to another panel and there is one more round with different manager and only if I clear then there will be another final round with on-site manager

what does that mean?

Why are firms still so obsessed with geography? I applied to this firm’s Boston office because I loved the firm, culture, and practice, and half of my interview was about Boston. Sigh. Why would that be? What is the probability

Advice needed! I interviewed with my favorite company 3 months ago for a role I was interested in but had no experience. They were looking for someone with experience so they passed on me. The recruiter and I had a great relationship, she said she has a different role for me in mind and would give me a call when it opens up and told me I can reach out in a month or two.
