Is it ok to have a lot of write offs? I’m new and I’m slow. I have monthly hours goals to meet. Do I just not worry about the write offs for the sake of meeting my goals?

you shouldnt purposefully be slow to get hours. However, you need more time and something isnt sinking in an you are doing your honest best? then put in the time/tell managers you need more time.

"I have monthly hours to meet" is the absolutely wrong answer overall. If you are communicating the hours then you'll be fine if you come under for whatever reason, but I dont think you will have that problem if you actually WANT to learn and progress and not just get a paycheck.

At my firm (smaller firm, regional) i would say it's fine if you're brand new. I usually write the new person down on billing due to training and it taking time to learn our workpapers and software and I expect that I will be writing them down,, no big deal. However, I also expect to see improvement over 90 days though. Not perfection, but improvement.

Interesting Data. Seems like lower income Republicans are divided about opening up while Dems in general worry about opening too soon. Middle to High income Republicans want economy opened. so yeah, even the people that have lost the most jobs (lower income bracket) are more divided about opening up
