Hi Fishes,
I am a 2020 B.Tech CSE graduate. I got campus placed in IBM, and was trained in Java FSD, but was allocated a role with no link to development. I really like development, and have good exposure in Java programming and web development.
My probation will be over in January, I want to move to a development related role as soon as possible. I am AWS Certified (Foundation Level).
Any leads are appreciated.

All depends on your skills.
Good answer
If u r jumping only for money than its not wise. But if u are seeking quality work and experience and not getting that in current role then jumping is fine
No need of that. If they have called u means they need u. Next everything depends on ur skills
I think it's pretty normal but I would try to stay in one position for like 2 years to have more growth...
I agree. It's fine if it would normally take you a year but don't make it as your "definite rule" stay long if you need to, stay at least a year if you have to. You're looking out for your interests and that's a good thing. All the best!
Its normal. Especially in todays day and age.
