I’ve read you need to stay for at least 3 months post green card. 3-12 months is advisable. You can leave before gc as stated above

I am not speaking from experience but I have read that this is risky. I think if you're going to do this and you want to be safe you would have to move to a position that has a similar job code so that is no different if you left using job portability with your I-485 is pending for 6+ months before a gc with an I-485j.

Deloitte fishes on H1B- if you’re working from a remote location (50 miles away from your home office), do you submit that jurisdiction on DTE? If yes, wouldn’t that need an amendment? If no, wouldn’t uncle D find out and be upset?

Hi 🐟! For people that have been to the biometric appointment recently in NYC, were you allowed to bring your cell phone and bag with you? The appointment notice says “no cell phone is allowed”, so I’m not sure if I can even bring my phone with me into the building?
