It is always better to complete 1 year in a company.
Since this is second switch, you should wait for 2 to 3 years minimum for the next.
What are the reasons for your switch?
Honestly in today’s time no body cares of how long you’ve worked at a company - at junior roles it is okay to switch
If you have good clarity on the technology you are working on then it's okay to switch. Ideally, Usually, it will take some time for juniors to understand the roles and responsibilities of any job they hold. So, few people suggest a minimum of 3yrs for the first company and maintain the stability in the next organizations (not exactly 3yrs, whatever you feel reasonable). but it's not a thumb rule.
In your case, I see you're planning to switch for 2nd time without even completing 3yrs. It's not bad, at the same time it doesn't look good on your resume. While applying for any job in future, ensure you have a proper reason. Recruiters generally understand the case while having a discussion but some recruiters have to take a tough call if there are more candidates available for the same role. So it totally depends.
