Now for salary negotiation hr is asking me to go with ur current pkg otherwise it will be dropped bcoz it's already very high pkg for them. I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

How far along in the process are you? This is totally normal to do but you need to be upfront about this as soon as you start taking comp.
Most companies should be fine w this as the alternative is them paying you the bonus you’re leaving on the table.
It shouldn’t. Be transparent and give them the option - adjust the start date or cover your bonus. It’s a common conversation
Ask to change your start date.
No. If they really prod, say you need to take some time off or that you are helping finish off a deliverable at your current employer.
Just tell the new company to cover the bonus too.
That or just say you need a few more to gather yourself and do admin stuff before starting new job.
Tell them the reason you want to delay your start date. If they really want you to start earlier, they might offer to pay it, but they’re not obligated to. If they don’t, they should still understand your reason for delayed start.
