$25k less at Saatchi, but sounds like I’d have some creative input at Saatchi. Only working numbers for accounts at MM (paid, search, programmatic).

Hi all, I need your help - I work in a bank as a product manager, 3 YOE and I want to move to Tech companies (I.e. Google) as a product manager.

I’m currently making 83K at AFS. 2.5 YOE. I’m interviewing with Deloitte GPS for a consultant level position and the recruiter mentioned 80K-90K for base salary. I don’t hate my role at AFS, I just want to leave to get more experience and money. I don’t think it makes sense to leave for anything less than 97K. Should I follow through with the interview for this role? Is there a chance Deloitte GPS would offer 97K-100K for the consultant level? This is for a Human Capital Consultant role btw
