I received an offer for a big gaming company! I was interviewing for an admin position where the pay was flexible. Well the recruiter said they wanted to create a position for me doing the same thing but more data entry. However, the pay was a little bit lower & there’s was NO FLEXIBILITY!! Taking this would mean I would take a 5k Paycut. I know it’s not a lot, But the drive is further. Benefits are great w/bonuses. I’m not sure if I should accept? I know I can get a higher pay elsewhere.

Data related to CoViD -19 in pregnant women and new burns is very limited. Plus hospital visit during pregnancy and having family around to help out may be challenging if CoViD -19 lingers longer than expected. Got an offer for Atlassian Canada - senior product manager. Initial offer is 160k base +15% annual bonus (24k) + 20k sign on bonus. RSU is 220k USD payable over next 4 years. There's no RRSP match (401k match equivalent). Considering its Atlassian, and current market rate, I think base is low. I would like it to be bumped upto to 180k. The recruiter earlier said the top of the pay range is 165k, which I feel is not really top but maybe median? Help me negotiate please; historically suck at it.
