Is it okay to share the counter offer letter with another company?

First time trying to buy a property for an eventual rental income (a single house or 2 or 3 family). Would you buy it under your personal name, get a residential mortgage, then transfer the deed to LLC later or buy it under LLC name at the first place and get a commercial mortgage? What would be pros and cons of each?

Is it reasonable to ask for three weeks before joining a new company? I was thinking a two week notice and a week vacation to take a breath. What do you think ?

Have people received inflationary raises? My dad received a letter stating that they’re giving him a 6.5% raise + a one time lump sum of $750 bc of inflation, retroactive to July 1st. 1. Does HSBC provide bonus to those who are serving notice period?. I got an offer yesterday and thinking to put resignation but I have heard if you are serving notice period on March pay day then you will not be entitled for the annual bonus.

2. If suppose your 60 days of notice period is completing on Sunday then what will be the last working day. Will it be next working day I.e. Monday or last working day I.e. Friday?
