Recruiters aren’t hired. Firm pays fee but recruiters work for candidate and firm

They really work for the firm. But they work _with_ the candidate.

Can someone please tell me how many earned leaves we can take in a year. I know the total EL is 30 (240 hours). Till now since last June 2021 i have only used 1 EL and in workday EL Balance is showing as 232. But I'm not sure how much will get carry forward and how much i can use.
