Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock

titles and years experience vary at agencies but in general i think you're in the range. more important is do you have the chops? can you do the job. try to get your hands on a jib description.
I would say yes, you could transition over. Part of being an account coordinator is learning about the agency world, processes, developing relationships with different teams. In a way you would have a leg up on other coordinators who may be just starting out. I would suggest talking to other PMs, find out what other tasks the PMs may handle that you aren’t privy to in your current position, and get a copy of a job description (if it exists).
How many years of experience do you have an an AE? At my agency all of the PM levels were more senior than account so I would say you’d start at the coordinator level but depends on experience and how your agency PM department titles rank.
Good luck!!
What is your level of account? Totally possible to move to PM level with a strong foundation. My current PM is a former senior AE. :)
I’m an AE (ready to be an SAE)! I’m just curious if I have to first start off as a coordinator role or if I can transition to a PM role where the level is similar to an AE/SAE
