Is it possible for an HR to revoke the offer if I ask for a revised offer since I got a counter offer?

I don’t think they’d revoke it, I think they’d probably just say they can’t make another offer. It probably is possible? I just haven’t heard of it happening to anyone.

No they won't

They wouldn't revoke it. They'd just say "take it or leave it."

I mean they won't necessarily withdraw altogether but they will give you an option to take it even if they can't match it

Hello everyone, I have been frustrated by working in a 24/7 BI support project along with the weekends. I tried all my best to apply different companies and they have been rejecting my profile by giving reasons like NP, Support background, less experience. My skills are: Tableau, Power BI and SQL My work experience is in Tableau Server& Tableau Desktop. I have been doing different certifications and courses. Should I start serving my notice period already before having any offer?

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

Anyone knows what the salary range for People Analytics Advisor role at BP (the oil company) is? I have an interview coming up and I don’t want to negotiate myself out of an offer. Trying to do research on the role and the closest title I can find is an HR data Analyst. I wanted to know is those salaries were comparable

Which pays better and has better career highlights, FAANG or BIG4 or MBB or big Inv. Banks. I agree it depends on person to person, but it adds value to resume, get LOR from Dr, VP or PI-AP. Your thoughts. I know even techies or mba people have worked and moved from these org and they have their reasons to take a big role in big4 or smaller role in tech just because of the pay and wlb. For eg PM profile and onsite opportunities associated with tech co.

Anyone home grown in IFS feel extremely unmotivated after getting promoted, not being able to negotiate your salary? Esp. when someone from CS moves up and over at a higher salary with less experience
