Is it possible for an HR to revoke the offer if I ask for a revised offer since I got a counter offer?

I don’t think they’d revoke it, I think they’d probably just say they can’t make another offer. It probably is possible? I just haven’t heard of it happening to anyone.

No they won't

They wouldn't revoke it. They'd just say "take it or leave it."

I mean they won't necessarily withdraw altogether but they will give you an option to take it even if they can't match it

H1B LCA Question How long can you work from another location without needing LCA amendment? I am based in Boston but will be in Chicago for ~24 days. TIA!

If a recruiter asks me if I’ve spoken to another recruiter at the company, is it okay if I lie and say no? Or should I just be honest and say yes? I’ve heard of instances where candidates have been ghosted if they say they’ve been in contact with another recruiter. In my case, the recruiter I was in contact with messaged me on LinkedIn and never followed up after our 5 minute phone conversation. I really want this job so I don’t want to mess anything up before getting an interview.

Employer sent me to Mexico to work on a business Visa which means I'm not under Accenture Mexico payroll I'm still under US payroll. I have completed 365 days here already. Does this make me contd...

Any Guidehouse national security folks that can give insight into the FEMA-DHS project...

Interviewed for an SC role at D GPS (5 YOE) first week of November. Went through the 3 rounds interview (Case/Technical/Behavioral). Couple weeks later recruiter said they liked me but have no project for me yet then set me up for another technical interview with SM which went great. Wondering how much longer would I be interviewing and if this is all a good sign. TYI

I want to switch role as an AWS developer. But I have just learnt the things on my own in AWS. In interview I am asked questions based on real scenarios on which I am not having any experience. Any suggestions? Even if I do hands on on services like Linux academy or quiklabs, it would not help. (AWS cloud migration experience one can get if worked on a real project). Please help.

Have those laid off this past year from the Big 4 had any luck landing new jobs? I had a great career but now can’t get the time of day. I am tired of faking enthusiasm that I lost months ago.

Tax associate here who is masochistic and thoroughly enjoys writing long-form opinions, writing memos, doing legal analysis and research, but hates deal work and churning out documents. Where is the best place for me? I assume DC boutique or national Big 4 would make sense. What about sophisticated T&E, in-house, other ideas, etc.?

Anyone has taken the aws cloud practitioner exam? How long did it take to prep?

You like your project / team. You like your firm You are unsure about the work you are doing. You don’t want to be in consulting forever. Is it worth going to a boutique for a few years to gain more experience in a different area before exiting to industry, given it’s a 20%+ pay increase from current salary? Given I am 1-2 years from manager level.

Trapped as a senior in mobility tax and the job hunt to go into Industry isn't going well thinking of applying to smaller firms as an experienced staff in groups with more applicable skills to cont

Hi Everyone! It’s almost the end of the year and I decided that it’s time for a change in my career. I have been working as a business analyst at JNJ, with about 4 years of experience and halfway done with my MBA. I would like to move into a project management role (I have worked on my scrum master certification). I make about 68k a year and I feel like I’m due for a huge pay raise. I have been asking 105k-120k which companies have been open to. Am I asking for the appropriate amount?
