Is it possible for an immigrant on work permit to get a job in Canada in the Pharma sector with 8 years of experience which includes 4+ years in the compliance role? Have been applying for the last 3-4 months. No response. Is North American Degree or Certification required to land a job?

I have an opportunity to move into a CCO role for a subsidiary of a highly respected / major financial institution. Thoughts on this in terms of career trajectory, how it looks on a CV, ability to transition back into a legal / GC role down the road, etc.? Any input would be very much appreciated.

What’s a fair fee split as a 1st-year attorney at a new firm? Context: current firm I am at is being absorbed by a medium-sized firm. Partner is taking me, and only me, with him. Hi All! I am an EHR Specialist for a dermatologist and plastics practice of 13 offices. Currently I provide EHR support for roughly 200 plus clinical employees (providers, a laboratory and supporting clinical staff) alone.
