Is it possible that TCS HR may give you increment (15-20%) for retention after you show them other company's offer letter?
Can retention be also done during upcoming band release for 2022?

I have been in my current role for less than a year. I am really not enjoying it at all and I am applying places but sometimes I feel like maybe I am thinking about leaving too soon. Something is telling me to follow my instincts and look for other opportunities. I have an interview coming up with a big 4 firm and I am nervous about that. Interviewing for an assistant underwriting job, I meet all requirements except for knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. I minored in forensic science so I’m familiar with medical terminology/anatomy but unsure if this will make or break my interview, they might be looking for medical professionals? In TCS my CTC is 13 LPA presently and they want to retain me with promotion and A band in next few months down the line. Whereas my Honeywell joining is in Oct, they are offering me Senior HR Strategic Business Partner role. I definitely need some guidance here from you guys. What should I choose?
