With that in mind, am I better off accepting a F100 rotational leadership development program with first year 75k base, 11k relocation bonus (receive each year for 3 years), 6k sign on, and 6-12k EOY performance bonus. Hello! I have an MBA and am working on a DBA. Change Management (most likely as a consultant) is my goal, but not a lot of opportunity for this kind of work exists in my area. However, as it did for many others the pandemic changed a lot for me. I am now able to be remote, relocate or even just travel a lot. I am attempting to get a promotion for a top retailer in the US. My boss has been begging me for months to take the shift and I have refused simply because it is fully overnight. From what I have heard, you have to have managerial experience in order to be considered for the manager position for that shift but we are going on 3 months without anyone being hired. As a current junior I received all big 4 offers: PWC and KPMG for this summer and Deloitte and EY for winter ‘22. I start work on June 13th however my winter internship offer deadlines are later this month in April. I would like to weigh my options and do internships for both this summer and winter ‘22. I have been told that I would likely receive a full time offer after this summer assuming it goes well. If I receive a full time offer I will have to accept it before winter ‘22. Need input
