You can find a US job that allows remote from Canada. It is generally easjer to find engineering/developer jobs, not sure how it works with cybersecurity jobs. Or you could find jobs that pay better, you may not make 150k USD, but 130 CAD is realistic.

You can work for early or late stage startups in the US. If you're lucky, they won't have an understanding of the Canadian market. This is much easier said than done.

I'd look for a startup that welcomes the fully remote life and doesn't need to follow the usual corporate red tape around where they hire. I lucked out and found one and now I'm clearing 200k
