I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Anyone willing to refer me at Deloitte?
Not luxury but you can probably find something in a decent building in a worse neighborhood for that price. Currently paying $3800 for a two bedroom in Hell’s Kitchen with elevator, laundry, doorman. Old building though.
Laundry in unit for that price? Wow.
Yes if you have a roommate who is also paying 4.5k
I can’t find a 1 bedroom at that price (luxury + decent size)
I live in Hudson Yards and no you can’t. Luxury maybe for that price but it will be tiny
Yes. Around February of 2010 if you can find a ride on a time machine
I hate it here 😔🫠
Totally agree. Would never go back to Manhattan
Going to be tough unless you want to live above 96th Street. 2-bedrooms are hard to come by
8.5-12.5k in the desirable parts of Manhattan
You can find one in Long Island city for that much 😉

Doubt it…

Why anyone pays a premium to actually live in NYC in its current state is beyond words
Acc1- You seem incapable of grasping the concept of an illustrative example of you thought for a second I was implying there are only 1-3 murders in NYC per year.
You also continue to cite stats on the growth of crime in NYC without comparing to other cities. You also continue fail to provide relevant region-specific stats.
I’m not saying murders in the Bronx aren’t important full stop. I’m saying it’s idiotic for someone in Tribeca to say “I can’t believe I’m paying so much for rent with all the murders” if the murders are happening 15 miles away in the Bronx.

I’m seeing a lot of studios for that price
Lol how are people like this… 4.5-5k is a bit tough, but below 6k is doable if you pick less trendy (but still very convenient) parts of Manhattan. My friend signed a 2BR lease a few months back in Financial District at $5k
Gateway battery park - a bunch of 2BR between $5-6k

You can probably find a small 2 bedroom, it’ll be a walk up and not a “luxury” building though
Why do you want luxury?
Get a brownstone woth WDD in unit or basement - most luxury buildings are overrated and you get used to it pretty fast
No you won’t
I’m way out in Jersey city, and I’m paying $4200 for a 2 bed (1100 sqft) luxury apartment with a view of entire Manhattan. I don’t think you’ll find what you are looking for at that price point

If by luxury you mean full amenities, doorman, W/D in unit in a building built in the last decade, not a chance.
