Short answer - Yes.

Other answer - It depends.

What is your definition of 'management role' - a salary range or list of responsibilities you want -- as there are various ways to prepare for both.

If you've been working prior to your graduation - in the field or industry that you want to be a manager - via a co op or internship - then you should not have problems connecting with Alumni or people in that industry - via Linkedin - to just have an exploratory call.

Have conversations with professionals doing the management role you want. Those conversations - if you prepare well - could lead to other introductions or even job offers.

Yes. It may take time or be harder to find but they are out there. Don't give up hope! If anything, your degree should at least boost your comp range.

Thank you

Most of the virtual management roles I know are, at best, mid-career. So, not many high-paying positions.
