Got a offer to deloitte senior consultant salary but they making me a "experienced" consultant level.

Does it matter? Should I take it or ask for senior title?

I have appeared for nagarro interview.

I cleared first 3 online rounds (Aptitude,technical,coding).

After those rounds they took 4 in-person technical rounds.

Generally they take 2 technical rounds but in my case they took 4 rounds.

What could be the reason behind that ?

Hi everyone

I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

I regret leaving my last company just to (pretty much) triple my salary. Thought I was a hot shot because I was new to the industry and now I miss my old company and can't even spend all my comp, which is mostly RSUs anyway.

Am I crazy? 6th year, inhouse my whole career, but getting interesting offers from firms. There's much more for me to do at current place, unless multiple more senior lawyers leave. Offer I'm entertaining rn: AMlaw 200 brings me in as my class year w/promotion to Sr. Assoc in Jan 2022. Got on really well w/partners and Sr. assoc I interviewed with (we went over time). Pay/benefits decent. 1800 billables. I'll learn a lot more, do stuff I've never done and 🤞be a more desirable inhouse candidate.

Seeking advice regarding our mortgage company not complying with our FHA Loan Closing Disclosure.Per FHA requirements, homeowners insurance has to be collected through escrow. However they've only been paying property taxes. This extra money that accumulated in escrow won't cover what's owed to insurance because property taxes and insurance went up. Buying Vs renting - Hi all , I am currently renting in a 1 bed for £1500 per month. Yesterday I was able to find a 1 bed new build for £330k . Due to the help to scheme , the mortage is quite low and turns out to be cheaper than renting.
