Is it possible to go to a top MBA program in the US at the age of 25 from a company that does get lots of positive recognition in the consulting world (Capgemini)?

Find myself at a crossroads . I have an offer for a role in PE but I would be giving up $20-30K in comp just to take the opportunity(lateral move). I have a lot of senior backing here in my current role in finance , and there could be some additional runway. In my 30s , just wondering if anyone has encountered a similar dilemma.
