Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

That's what partners do..
Every director and partner is a salesperson. Often times the hard part is convincing the client they need the service - it's not that common in most parts of the business that clients submit RFPs where the firm can just waltz in with its brand. Most of the selling is "we can help you and here is why the benefit of our help outweighs the $X that you will need to justify coming through your SG&A line."
Lots of sales focused positions for people who are great at it. A buddy of mine is in a business development position where he just focuses on selling and has no need to actually perform/do the project. It's a different career path for sure.
