Anyone’s an “account director” and still opening job codes in Veeva, marking up annotations and submitting? I thought by this time I would have more oversight and have junior members do these. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to help but I feel like doing these take majority of the time and I’m not able to focus strategically or grow.

Need some career advise for 25 y/o... Recently got an offer from a martech startup (~5 years). I really like what they do and would love working on their products. But I dont know if this is the right time to switch careers. My current position has great work/life balance and I enjoy the work but there is no long term growth for data science in agencies and we are on reduced salaries till 2021. The new position would pay better and be more rewarding but the financial security. Any thoughts????

Most of the applications we receive are for candidates with much more experience than what is required. I was expecting to see a lot of Big4 or mid-tier seniors or associates that are looking to move to industry, especially since the news lately is that PA firms are experiencing attrition at those levels. We’re offering competitive pay and great benefits. What gives?

Got a job offer in another city at a mid tier, 20% pay bump. Currently an A2 in international tax at Big4 new position is in federal tax. Really torn about this move right now...I feel like there’s greater growth potential and the earnings in international tax appear to be higher.

I am a 3rd year Senior looking to leave to industry. I am expected to get Manager next June but I am no tired and burned out and just do not care anymore.
I am looking at Senior roles because Manager roles are looking for people with more experience than I have. The Senior roles I am looking at have a base salary increase of only 15%.
Should I continue what I am doing or only try for manager positions?
