I think (don’t quote me) that these are generally not negotiable, for legal reasons
The employer match is generally stated as a set % of pay in the plan document. You’d need to amend the plan to allow for a different match. Now perhaps if the match is discretionary there could be room but even then, often match would be subject to the Board/HR/comp committee discretion.
I’ve never heard of those being negotiable for a junior hire. You run the risk of creating a perception that you want to leave after only 1-2 years.

Generally not negotiable, MAYBE for super small companies, but I also rather negotiate comp first...
If we can’t negotiate Match, why not vested period?
Hey OP - suggest you look at your 401k plan doc or SPD. You’ll see how most provisions (eg ER March and vesting) are pretty much set in stone.
