If you are in tax, go for it! I did Reg in 3 weeks (I’m in audit) and got a 70 while working full-time. For my retake I think I took 4 more weeks and passed! If you know and understand basis & all entity taxation.. you gucci. Good luck!

Lol not a good idea

Do you work in tax? If so, definitely doable

I agree. I work in tax. I studying for 1 week while working full time and got a 76.

I'm the only employee with a background in finance in a tech startup growing at a 300%+ per year. But it's actually my first finance-related experience (interned and now part-time as I'm in my senior year of undergrad) and don't know really how to have an impact as my knowledge is "limited" and have no technical mentorship.

Any advice/mentorship would be wonderful!

Is CPA crucial to break into banking?

I am going to work as Audit Associate at KPMG in 2023. I am thinking to stay there for more than a year, then make an attempt into banking. I really hate the CPA exams for its soul-crushing elements. I am rather planning to break into the top MBA programs at the time. I have financial resources to do so but I feel quite mixed after getting the Macc for KPMG position without pursuing the CPA.

Thoughts on Big 4 Product Manager roles? Worth it for 1st PM role? Do people often exit to tech product or are these just glorified PMO roles?
