Is it possible to run custom optimisation script for YouTube campaigns inside Google Ads? I know it is possible for Search and display campaigns. Cant find any info around this, just contacted my rep today

Custom bidding scripts are not possible within DV360 for Youtube so I am wondering if it is possible via Google Ads..

I have an L3 Finance written offer from Google. TC $146k in Austin. It is a slight hit in my cash comp compared to my current role. Overall getting a 15% bump in terms of TC. I have tried my best to negotiate and at least match my current cash comp but doesn't look like there's a way they can meet it. My thought is to push for L4 in near term to get a good bump once I get in. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
